This included a new restaurant, shower facilities, a new data hub with UPS and meeting rooms and hot desk pods.

This fast track timber frame building was completed within 16 weeks of starting on site. We completed the usual mains, distribution lighting and power to 60 en-suite bedrooms as well as common rooms, storage areas, plant rooms and a light sensitive external lighting scheme.

After 15 months on site we successfully handed over this 364-bedroom student accommodation in Southampton. The works included 44 communal kitchens, study rooms, a reception building and the supporting infrastructure.
The rooms were spread over 5 blocks set within woodlands in the Bassett area of the city.
